My Story
I discovered spiritual direction in my late 20s, and it quickly became clear how beneficial it was, not only for my spiritual journey but for every aspect of my life—work, relationships, and beyond.
As a spiritual director, I am committed to guiding individuals on their paths of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection with Jesus. With a certificate in Spiritual Direction from the Christos Center for Formation, I offer compassionate, reflective listening and discernment to help navigate the complexities of the spiritual journey.
By incorporating a variety of Christian spiritual traditions and practices, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your faith and relationship with God. Whether through prayer, scripture, meditation, art, or silence, the aim of my spiritual direction is to help you recognize God’s presence and voice in your daily life.
